Rat style Volkswagen Bus and VW Beetle

Spotted in Brighton (or Dove?) in UK. I think they all have one owner, Volkswagen enthusiastic and they are probably not for sale. BTW: I don't think there's any place in the universe with more oldschool 60s - 70s - 80s Volkswagen Buses on one square mile thant in Brighton.
